Checklist

Checklists are an excellent way to keep track of your goals. When you write down the tasks you need to get done for the day you are more likely to get them done. This morning one of my tasks was to get this free piece of content out for you. As I check off tasks that I complete for the day, knowing that a task has been completed gives me the energy to keep going and complete the other tasks for the day.

Typically, I will have three or four tasks that I write down in my notebook. I plan every morning by writing down the tasks I need to do to move me to my ultimate goal of owning a $100 million company. After I have breakfast, I begin my day and start on my tasks. My tasks can sometimes involve filming a YouTube video, writing an article, filming for a course, or just typing up PDFs.

Journaling alongside writing your tasks down is also beneficial. When you write down where you want your life over the next few years, your target becomes clear, and you can get a better idea of what you need to do to achieve your goals.

Checklists have been used for space missions, study guides, construction projects, and everyday tasks. They are a guide for what needs to be completed. When you complete your checklist for the day, you can take a few steps back and say, ‘I’ve done it’. When you achieve this, you set out to do it again and again. As you write down and complete your checklists it becomes a habit, and you can grow your confidence to exponential heights.
